Dr. Min Htet

Dr. Min Htet is a leader in Hospital Management & Healthcare Technology with over a decade of experience in clinical practice and digital innovation. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of KOS DigiCare, he is committed to transforming healthcare delivery through cutting-edge digital solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Currently, he serves as the Project Leader overseeing the development of new hospitals, including the establishment of YanKin Intl Hospital (250 beds) in Mandalay,  KanTawGyi Intl Hospital (400 beds) in Yangon and Royal Lawksawk Hospital (50 beds) in Yatsawk, contributing his expertise to large-scale healthcare infrastructure projects.  His expertise spans hospital planning, digital transformation, and strategic project execution.

His previous role as CEO of Myat Taw Win Hospital provided him with deep insights into hospital management and patient-centered care, while his role as COO at City Hospital in Mandalay focused on optimizing healthcare operations and enhancing service quality.

In addition to his executive leadership, Dr. Min served as the Head of Academic & Operations at eduCLaaS, where he oversaw the MBA Healthcare Management program, demonstrating his dedication to education and professional development within the healthcare sector. 

His diverse expertise in healthcare management, technology integration, and digital transformation positions him as a key driver in advancing healthcare innovation.
