Before joining KOS DigiCare, Nyein served as Operations Manager and Head of IT at Myat Taw Win Private Hospital, where she successfully implemented electronic workflow systems and oversaw the hospital’s network infrastructure. Her commitment to user support and system improvement has consistently advanced operational efficiencies and patient care.

Nyein's career began as an IT Assistant and progressed to a Transmission Engineer at ZTE Myanmar Corporation, where she gained valuable technical expertise in large-scale projects.
